Sugar Free Easter Bread

There are many ways to prepare this typical Chilean Christmas sweet, but with this recipe you make sure that it is fluffy and delicious and also low in calories because it is prepared with Alusweet.

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs

• 1 cup almond flour (just grind almonds into flour)

• 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

• 1/2 cup oats

• 1/4 cup canola or coconut oil

• 1 cup of cold boiled water

• 1/2 cup of AluSweet

• 2 tablespoons of manjar without sugar

• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 2 teaspoons of vanilla

• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

• 1 tablespoon of ground nutmeg

• 1 tablespoon ginger

• 2 teaspoons of baking powder

• 1/2 cup of walnuts

• 1/2 cup almonds

• 1 cup cranberries

• 1/2 cup of unsalted peanuts

• 1/2 cup of raisins

• 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

• 1 teaspoon of baking soda

• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

• 2 teaspoons of essence of Easter bread (optional)

• 1 teaspoon of orange zest

Preparation:

1. We beat all the liquid ingredients for 3 minutes, including the eggs.

2. We put the delicacy, honey and orange zest in the mix and keep beating.

3. We sift the flours over the liquid mixture.

4. We place the nuts and stir with a spoonful of stick.

5. Add the vinegar, baking soda and mix.

6. We put the mixture in the molds with some nuts on top of the mixture.

7. We take preheated oven for 1 hour at 150 degrees.

8. Finally we decorate to taste.

This Easter bread is for a 1 kilo or 2 half kilo loaf.
